By helping to build the "Theresa Quilt" you become an active participant in the fight against breast cancer. Working together we can beat this terrible disease, and make the anguish it causes a thing of the past.

You may submit your own artwork for your patch, choose artwork from our selection of one of our patch templates. Special requests / directions for creating custom patches will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Each Theresa Quilt Patch costs $30 with proceeds from this project and the Breast Health & Healing Foundation going to support the work of leading scientists and researchers who are currently investigating the causes of the breast cancer virus.

Corporate/Group Quilt Sections are also available for for $500. Corporate or Group quilt sponsorships include an entire section of the Theresa Quilt. The size of the section is the same as all other quilt sections, but the center 9 squares of the quilt are combined into one image for branding by the group or sponsor, with the 16 patch squares surrounding the center for normal size patch images and dedications.

Individual and corporate contributions are tax deductible and will go directly towards research aimed at discovering the underlying causes of breast cancer.

Submitting Your Patch Online:
Creating your patch submission is relatively easy. Just follow the directions and provide the information for the dedication of your patch, and our system will take it from there for you.

Once you begin the process, you will need to include the following information for the dedication of your patch:

  • The name of the person for whom you are dedicating the patch ("To:")
  • The patch notation: "In Honor of", "In Memory of", "Dedicated to", or any other notation you would like placed before the name of the person receiving the patch
  • The name of the person, persons or group donating the patch ("From:")
  • The dedication: any text / message you want to go along with the artwork

After providing the dedication information, you will need to either email your artwork for the patch, or choose from one of our 25 pre-crafted quilt patches. Click on each image below to see a larger version of the patch image.

If you are submitting your own artwork for the patch, it should be formatted square, at either 5" by 5" at 300dpi or 500 pixels by 500 pixels at 72dpi in JPG. If your artwork does not match these requirements, our system will do its best to format your file within the parameters needed for posting within the Quilt, but we can not guarentee how your image will be cropped or altered. After submitting your information and artwork, please make sure to complete your transaction via our PayPal links.

Once we have received both your submission and payment, your patch will be formatted and placed online within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification at that time of your patch becoming part of the Quilt, including directions for finding it within the Quilt online.
